1. Dispatch Times

 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of payment being received.

Please note that during busy periods, this may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Delivery Services

 

We use trusted courier and postal services such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri for our deliveries.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.  If your products do not arrive within a week,  please get in touch with us.

3. Delivery Charges

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions — details will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at mancavepembs@gmail.com quoting your order number.  We will investigate and liaise with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

5. Damaged Parcels

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  This will help us raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

6. International Shipping

 

Currently, we only ship within the UK.  Should you wish to have an international delivery, all costs including any taxes will be the customers responsibility, please contact us before ordering and we can discuss on a case by case basis.
