At ManCave Pembs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at mancavepembs@gmail.com with details and photographs of the issue.

 

The item must be returned to us for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.

 

Customers are responsible for returning the item to us in its original packaging and condition.

 

Once the returned item has been assessed and confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will:

 

Refund the full cost of the item, and reimburse reasonable return carriage costs (please keep your postage receipt).

 

If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be treated as a non-faulty return (see Section 2 below).

2. Unwanted or Non-Faulty Items

 

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty (for example, you’ve changed your mind or no longer require it):

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

A 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

 

Original carriage (delivery) charges are non-refundable.

3. How to Return an Item

 

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at mancavepembs@gmail.com with your order number and details of the return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

 

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions

 

Please note we cannot accept returns on:

 

Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items.

 

Items returned after the 14-day notice period.

 

ManCavePembs reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to comply with changes in legislation or business practices.
